HOW DOES IT ?
THE INTERVIEW
​
A few days before the Interview Session, I will send you a short questionnaire to fill in and ask you to send it back to me. The latter will serve as a basis for our initial discussion.
​
During the Hypnotherapy Interview Session, we will talk about your goals and expectations as well as your current situation and symptoms.
​
I will also answer any questions you might have with regards to hypnotherapy. The interview session is a great opportunity to get to know each other and to see if there is a good fit before we embark on a journey together.
​
The call usually takes about an hour or even a bit more as we might start with a first, shorter hypnotherapy session.

I will 'see' you virtually for 1 interview + about 3 to 5 hypnotherapy sessions.
All sessions are held online via Zoom. This means that you can participate in the sessions from the comfort of your home.
All you need is a quiet place where you can be comfortably installed without being disturbed for the duration of the session, as well as a good internet connection.

Each session lasts about 1 hour. You might want to plan in a bit more time for the interview session.

I will be notified and get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your requested date and timing.
HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS

You can expect 3 to 5 sessions. The number of sessions depends on a variety of factors, including the intensity of your symptoms, your readiness etc.
We will meet on a weekly basis, preferably at the same day and time.
​
To get the most out of the sessions, I invite you to find a quiet place where you can comfortably lay down for an hour without being disturbed. It is also a good idea to allow yourself some transition time before the sessions and to have a pen and paper on hand in case you want to take some notes at the end.
Hypnotherapy is safe and, typically, people are very relaxed when in hypnosis.
During the sessions, I will guide you but you will be in full control at all times. You can speak to me and pause or end the session if you want to do so.

IN BETWEEN SESSIONS
Each session is recorded and the recording sent to you after the session.
You will be asked to listen to those recordings in between sessions, ideally on a daily basis but at least 3-4 times.
Remember that the more often you listen to the recordings, the better.
​
A word about online hypnotherapy:
You might wonder if online hypnotherapy is as effective as in-person sessions. I can reassure you that I have been trained in online hypnotherapy and that it works just as well as when you perform it in person.
My clients usually appreciate the fact that it is easy to fit into their busy lifestyle and that they can participate in the sessions from the comfort of their home.
The other advantage of online sessions is that we can work together even if you are not based in Singapore. And I am pretty excited about that!
