Hi, I am Tani De Gregorio

I am a Holistic Health Coach, certified Hypnotherapist and RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®) Therapist.

My mission is to support women to live a life true to themselves, feeling confident, feeling healthy, feeling empowered and free.

Over and over again, I meet incredible women who have achieved so much in their life but do not feel good within themselves.

I want to help you break free from any limiting beliefs you might have around

• confidence

• sleep

• exercise motivation,

• and mindful eating,

using my 21-day 'Think better, Feel better' Transformation Program, so that you can live your best life!

I have chosen to specialise in these areas, not because I've always excelled at sports, found it easy to eat a balanced diet and sleep like a baby, or never experienced low self-esteem, but because these are the areas where I used to face major struggles in the past...

I grew up in a little town in Germany (close to Heidelberg, which is a beautiful place absolutely worth visiting) as a single daughter to two entrepreneurs.

In my childhood years, I never used to be the sporty kid.... Instead, I was rather chubby. I often felt like the ‘ugly duckling’ next to my friends whom I found so beautiful. Thinking that I would be more loved and more accepted if only I was prettier (and, in my young teenager mind, prettier absolutely meant ‘slimmer’), I began to restrict my food intake.

I began to carefully watch was I was eating. And to lose weight. A little at first. And it felt really good. It all seemed to go so well. Suddenly, I got more attention. Suddenly, I felt accepted. It all seemed to go so well... Until it didn’t. And totally spiralled out of control…

Anorexia, body dysmorphia and low self-esteem were all part of my years as a teenager and young adult. This is probably one of the key reasons why, today, I care so deeply about helping women establish a healthy relationship with themselves, their body and food.

As a young adult, I studied Hospitality Management at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, moved to London to complete a Master Degree in International Marketing, and entered the corporate world thinking that this was the path that was predestined for me. For more than 10 years, I worked in the Marketing and Communication teams of several multinationals (Nestlé, L'Oréal, Clarins...), before I moved to Dubai with my husband and 3-month old baby where I worked as a freelance content creator while also experiencing the joys and challenges that come with being an ‘expat wife’. I pushed my body to its limits on several occasions during this time, living a pretty unhealthy lifestyle…. Think several cups of coffee a day, cigarettes instead of lunch or dinner more often than I want to admit it, a constant ‘sleep-is-for-the-weak’ attitude and enough hours of overtime at work to get a request from the HR manager to take a few days off. Despite my young age, my body began to give me strong messages (panic attacks, digestive disorders, mood swings, problems sleeping at night and basically feeling like c*** every morning), all of which I vigorously ignored. It is only when my daughter was born with health issues and my mum passed away not much later that I began to wonder what life was really all about. And if the way I was approaching it was really how I wanted to continue to live my life. Once I began to ask myself all these questions, there was no going back... I embarked on a journey that helped me reconnect with who I truly was. Who I had always been deep inside. But used to secretely feel ashamed of. I started to work with different coaches, experienced the power of hypnotherapy and yoga, and discovered a whole new side to life that I had not even dreamed of before. Life was not different all of a sudden - but the way I saw and experienced it was. I realised that my true calling was to share this wonderful feeling with others, to help women reconnect with themselves and break free from whatever it is that is holding them back from living their best life. If there is one thing you should know about me, it is that I am extremely passionate about what I do. From the moment we decide to work together, I will take the time to listen to your story, see you as the unique person that you are, and to support you to the best of my ability. The relationship between mind and body is at the centre of the work that I do. My biggest challenge has become my biggest strength.... I feel very grateful to be on this journey and priviledged to accompany you on your journey for a little while.
