I believe that a successful coaching relationship is built on mutual trust and respect and that there should be a genuine connection between the coach and the client.

Therefore, I encourage you to take the time during our discovery session to evaluate if there is a fit and if you feel comfortable working with me.

While I will certainly motivate and sometimes challenge you to go out of your comfort zone, I am not the pushy kind of person. I prefer a more gentle approach and believe in the power of small but consistent steps in the right direction.
