were born....

You_edited.png

...into this world with the wonderful belief that you can do anything, ask for anything you need and want.

You were born into this world filled with confidence, love and compassion for yourself.

You were born into this world able to sleep whenever you feel the need to do so, in tune with your body and your own hunger cues, instinctively knowing that you are destined not only to walk, but to move our body in many different ways, to run and dance and jump - and nothing, no fall, no failed attempt, could convince you otherwise.

So what happened?

what_edited.png

happened?

Where did this inner cheerleader go that you were born with?

And why did an inner critic take its place?

What is it that prevents you from sleeping restoratively and keeps you up at night?

If you were born in tune with your body and hunger cues, why does your relationship with food feel so complicated now?

And why is it so hard to stick to your workout routine

I invite you to find out, so you can break

Mindful Eating

Have you ever tried to change your eating habits, maybe even started to follow a specific diet, inspired by the amazing results a friend, celebrity or someone on social media reported? How did it work out for you? Considering that you are on my website today, I assume that it didn’t work out exactly as expected. Why is that? “I just don’t have enough willpower”, is what I often hear people say. Or “I just don’t have time to eat healthy”. But is this really true? Is there maybe a different reason? When we want to change our eating habits, we usually focus on changing our actions, without taking into account that every habit of action is run by a habit of thought. If you eat chocolate every day at 3pm or end up in front of the TV with a pack of crisps or biscuits at the end of the day, and you take away those snacks, all you have taken away is the habit of action. Your habit of thought is still the same. RTT® gives you the opportunity to explore WHY you are doing what you do. When you get an understanding of the thought that runs your action and work on changing this thought, this is when sustainable change can happen.

Exercise Motivation

“I want to exercise more but I am just too busy, too tired…..” “I really want to be more active but I find it so hard to motivate myself.” “I usually stick to my workout routine for a few weeks but just can’t seem to be able to keep it up in the long run.” Sounds familiar? You are not alone. In 2022, the WHO announced that, globally, 1 in 4 adults do not meet the recommended levels of physical activity to stay healthy. And yet, we need physical activity both for our body and mind, to feel mentally and physically at our best. Many of us know this and, consciously, we may want to exercise - but our subconscious mind often has other ideas. The question is therefore: What beliefs have we created that are holding us back from being active, moving more, and reconnecting with our innate drive to find joy in movement? Hypnosis is widely used in sports, not only to manage stress and increase confidence, but also to improve technique, motivation and athletic performance. RTT® in particular can help you explore any limiting beliefs you may have in this area and install new, more beneficial beliefs that can ultimately lead to increased exercise motivation, training results, and more.

tani-gregorio-workwith-me-04.png

Sleep

When was the last time you heard yourself say “Oh wow, I slept like a baby last night!”? If you have to think twice, it's probably been too long ago… As adults, we need about seven to nine hours of sleep every night. Good quality sleep is not only essential for our physical but also for our mental and emotional wellbeing, while chronic sleep deprivation can impair our daytime functioning and mood, increase the risk for illness and even negatively impact our eating habits. Recent studies have shown that women in particular report sleep difficulties and experience low-quality sleep at night, and that hypnosis can be a promising technique to make changes in this area. As a Holistic Health Coach and RTT® Therapist, I would love to speak with you about lifestyle changes you can implement to positively impact your sleep, and help you get to the root cause of what is standing between you and your natural ability to sleep ‘like a baby’.

tani-gregorio-workwith-me-03.png

Confidence

You were born with the wonderful belief that you can do anything you set your mind to! When you were born, you believed – like all babies ever born – that you were so worthy of love, attention and all your needs being met. You knew that you were enough just the way you are. When you were learning to walk you fell many times. But you never gave up. You got back up over and over again and kept trying. You KNEW you would succeed. You kept trying and YOU DID. You had an inner cheerleader that kept spurring you on. But at some point, this cheerleader in you became more silent. It might even feel like it went away all together. And an inner critic took its place. Many of us dream big, but there is an inner voice telling us that we are not good enough or undeserving of what we want. If you have ever had a thought like, “I can never do A because of B”, you are likely to be holding a limiting belief that prevents you from achieving personal success and happiness. RTT® can help you bring this inner cheerleader back, believe in yourself again and triumph at everything you set your mind to.

What is

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)?

“It is not magic but it will have a magical effect on your life.”

- Marisa Peer

RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based tools and techniques developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer (whom I had the pleasure to meet and learn from during her amazing RTT® Live Training in Dubai).

RTT® is based on the science of neuroplasticity and combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and neuroscience.

RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy as it helps you get to the root cause of an issue and identifies how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed.

Once you have this understanding, new neural pathways can be created and old limiting beliefs and behaviours be replaced with new empowering ones.

What is unique about RTT® is that it aims to deliver powerful change very quickly, within 1 to 3 sessions.

Get an insight into my 21-day 'Think better, Feel better' Transformation Program

Consultation Call

In this first call, we will discuss the main issue you would like to resolve and the transformation you want to achieve. We will speak about your goals and expectations, and look at your current situation and symptoms.

I will also explain in detail how the RTT® and follow-up sessions work, give you more information about the recording you will receive, and answer any questions you might have with regards to hypnotherapy, RTT® and my 'Think better, Feel better' Program.

1

RTT® Session

This is where the 'magic' happens! And with magic I mean communicating with your subconscious mind, finding the root of the issue you are experiencing, and replacing old, outdated beliefs with new, more beneficial ones.

The RTT® session is
conducted online via Zoom, and takes about 2 hours.

When you are in hypnosis, I am here to guide you and hold space for you, while you remain in full control at all times. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state at any time.

tani-gregorio-brush-circle-light-blue_ed

2

Hypnosis Recording

At the end of the RTT® session, you will receive a personalised transformational recording, tailored to your unique situation and desired outcome.

This bespoke recording, which is approx. 15 - 20 minutes long, is crucial to sustaining changes that are made in the session. It is essential that you play your recording for at least 21 days without a break to code in new  beliefs, reinforce the work done in the session and ensure lasting results.

The audio will inspire you and motivate you to take action to bring your vision to reality.

tani-gregorio-brush-circle-light-blue_ed

3

Follow-up

The day after the RTT® session, I will check in with you to see how you are feeling and to answer any questions you may have.

Two scheduled follow-up coaching calls are included in the program (usually around day 7-10 and day 21), to discuss your progress and transformation.

Please consider that change happens differently for everyone. While some people experience immediate changes following their session, others notice little changes over time or do not even know they have changed until they look back.

  • When will I start to see changes?
Every person is different and experiences change from Rapid Transformational Therapy® in different ways. Overall, people experience change in three different ways: Immediate: This is when you feel a massive shift right after the session. Incremental: You notice consistent shifts every day, or over time. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away, and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. It is also important to note that, depending on the complexity of the issue, more than one RTT® session may be required to achieve the desired results.
  • What does an RTT® session feel like?
The first thing I would like to say is: Do not expect to feel hypnotized. Many people think that being in hypnosis feels significantly different from their ‘normal’ state of consciousness. This is definitely not the case. A light hypnotic state (which is absolutely fine – deeper does not mean better) will likely feel no different from relaxation. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Most people simply feel relaxed and completely at ease, and actually don’t realise they are in hypnosis until they come out of it. What’s important to know is that how you feel is not an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – RTT® works.
  • How does RTT® work?
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement but goes beyond this by identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. It then utilizes the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural pathways in the mind. As a certified hypnotherapist and RTT® Therapist, I am equipped with an array of tools and techniques that are essential in communicating with the subconscious mind, as well as accessing and addressing whatever blocks there may be. Breakthroughs are achieved by understanding the root cause rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT® has such a significant impact; it addresses issues from the core so that the mind can be reprogrammed for success.
  • Is RTT® suitable for children and adolescents?
RTT® can be adapted for children and adolescents, addressing issues such as stress and anxiety, lack of confidence, sleep disturbances, and more. Practitioners may modify their approach based on the age and needs of the client, and use age-appropriate terminology and visual concepts. While I personally only work with adults, I will be happy to put you in touch with qualified RTT® practitioners I know who have had wonderful results supporting children and adolescents through RTT® and hypnotherapy.
  • Will I be asleep during the session?
Hypnosis is a natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation because it will be suggested to you to feel relaxed. Hypnosis is however not about being asleep. It is a sleep of the nervous system. In this state, the critical part that tells you that you are unable to do something shuts down and your mind is able to accept new positive suggestions. Rather than being asleep, you will be more aware during an RTT® session and are likely to see things more clearly.
  • How long does an RTT® session take?
The RTT session is about 2 hours. Please block out 2.5 hours in your agenda where you will have private, uninterrupted space without any rushing. The subsequent follow-up calls are usually one hour or less.
  • Is RTT® effective online?
You might wonder if online RTT® / hypnotherapy sessions are as effective as seeing you in person. I can reassure you that I have been fully trained in online hypnotherapy (the majority of my RTT® training itself was online) and that it works just as well as when you perform it in person. You can read some of the amazing results my clients have experienced here. My clients usually appreciate the fact that online sessions are easy to fit into their busy schedule and that they can participate in the sessions from the comfort of their home. The other advantage of online sessions is that we can work together even if you are not based in Singapore. And I am pretty excited about this!
  • Is RTT® suitable for everyone?
While RTT® has proved to be effective for various challenges, it is recommended to consult with a qualified RTT® Therapist to determine its suitability for your specific needs. During the RTT® process, there may be reason to review some unpleasant memories or experience some uncomfortable emotions. You should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before commencing RTT® if you have any questions or concerns related to your mental or physical health, physical fitness, or medical conditions. I will be happy to assist you in this process as well. Please note that I will be unable to offer my professional services if you suffer from epilepsy or any form of psychosis as it could make your condition worse.
  • What is RTT®?
RTT® stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy® and is a therapeutic approach, developed by world renowned therapist Marisa Peer, that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide you with the tools you need to make positive change. RTT® has been designed to achieve rapid and lasting change by combining the most beneficial elements of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. Its personalized approach helps you reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions that you may have carried with you since childhood, and that are affecting you in your adult life today. You may be totally unaware of the past issues affecting you because, oftentimes, they have been deeply buried in your subconscious. RTT® is giving you the potential to alter the way you think, so you can approach life in a more positive way and move forward. You can watch this video to understand what exactly RTT is: https://vimeo.com/661456939
  • What can I expect from an RTT® session?
As your RTT® Therapist, I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. We will work together to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today. Once that has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalized hypnosis audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
  • How many RTT® sessions are typically required?
Every person is unique, and every situation is unique, but generally, you should only need between 1-3 sessions per issue.
  • When in hypnosis, will I lose control over what I say and do?
There is one simple answer to this question: No, not at all. There is a common misconception that hypnosis is all about being out of control. You might have seen or heard about people clucking like a chicken or barking like a dog. This is stage hypnosis, done entirely for the purpose of entertainment and with volunteers that go on stage with the expectation that something unusual can happen and therefore are in a state of consent. It is important to understand that any form of hypnosis does only work if you want to be hypnotised and if you want to take on the suggestions given to you. Hypnotherapy is different from stage hypnosis in the sense that its aim is not entertainment but your wellbeing. It is used to support you to make positive changes in your life. Hypnosis as such is a state of consciousness that involves focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness. You could compare hypnosis to the state you are in when you are really absorbed in a book. It’s a naturally occurring state that you have probably experienced a lot of times without even realising it. In hypnotherapy, this state is used to your advantage. You are fully in control when in hypnosis and do not have to take on any of the suggestions I give you if you do not want to. From the beginning to the end of your RTT® session, you have complete control over what you say and do. As your RTT® therapist, I will guide you and give you suggestions aligned with your desired outcome, but YOU are in full control at all times. If necessary, you can even pause or end the session and bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.
  • What if I can’t be hypnotised?
Hypnosis is a natural state that you already get into very frequently without even noticing it, for example, when you are daydreaming, being absorbed in a book etc. What hypnosis actually means is that you are in a relaxed state and that you have single-minded focus. With the right guidance, anybody can be effectively hypnotised into this relaxed state of focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness.
  • How is RTT® different from other therapies?
RTT® is known for its efficiency and achieves outstanding results far quicker than many other therapeutic modalities. RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect. However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy. It does not rely solely on positive reinforcement but gets to the root cause of an issue, creating an experience that gives you the most liberating understanding and transformative power to achieve long-lasting results. In Marisa Peer’s words “you cannot fix what you don’t understand”. RTT® helps you uncover the root cause of why you feel the way you do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTT® helps you discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviours that have led to the issue you are experiencing. Using a unique set of tools and techniques, RTT® supports you in transforming your current issue and moving forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.
