If there is one thing I believe in it is the Law of Attraction. What we think about, what we give our attention to, will become our reality, our “truth”.
In the words of Abraham Hicks, “Your life, and everyone else's, too, is but a reflection of the predominance of your thoughts. There is no exception to this.”
“Yea, right”, I can hear some of you think. “I really want to lose that weight, get that job, be successful, be loved and find the partner of my dreams. And yet. I don’t seem to attract ANY of this. I can see NONE of this manifest in my life.”
So, here’s my question: Do you focus on what you want or on its absence, on your current state of NOT having it?
Can you picture yourself having the body you desire? Can you feel how it will be to love yourself and be proud of how you look? Or do you give all your attention to the kilos you want to lose? Do you sigh every time you look in the mirror?
Also: Do you really believe that you are able to get there?
“When you desire something that you do not believe is possible, you are not in alignment. When there is something that you want and you are feeling unhappy that you do not have it, you are not in alignment; when you see someone who currently has the very thing that you desire and you feel jealous, you are not in alignment.”
That’s why every wellness journey, and every weight loss journey as we took this as an example, starts with accepting and loving yourself first and foremost for what you are RIGHT NOW, in this very moment, in order to bring you in alignment with how you want to feel.
It’s easy to find out where you stand in terms of your thoughts.
If you focus on what you desire, if you can imagine yourself already receiving and having whatever you want to achieve, you feel great.
If, however, you focus on the absence of what you want, on your current state of NOT having it, you feel awful.
“If there is something that you desire that you currently do not have, and you put your attention upon your current state of not having it, then Law of Attraction will continue to match that not having it vibration, so you will continue to not have that which you desire. It is Law.”
Take a moment to observe your thoughts today. Cause they will create your reality.
“Whatever you are thinking about is like planning a future event. When you are appreciating, you are planning. When you are worrying, you are planning. (Worrying is using your imagination to create something you do not want.)”
See yourself as the creator of your own truth. If you want to listen to a certain radio station, you have to tune your radio to the correct frequency, right? In the same way, we have to tune our thoughts to the frequency of the reality that we want to create.
“The longer you focus upon things that feel good to you, the easier it is for you to maintain those vibrational frequencies that feel good. And the more you maintain these good feeling frequencies, the more the Law of Attraction will deliver to you other thoughts, experiences, people, and things that match your practiced vibration.”
