How does it look like to work with me?



I donโ€™t have any standard program that I could share with you to give you an insight into my work. My program literally is YOU ๐Ÿ˜‰


But I would like to share with you how I usually work with my clients:


๐ŸŒŸ Currently, all of my health coaching sessions are on zoom, which means that I am happy to work with people from all over the world - and that you can speak to me from the comfort of your home.


๐ŸŒŸ Before we start working together, I will send you a short questionnaire to fill in and.


๐ŸŒŸWe will have a first complimentary call to get to know each other a little and to see if there is a good fit (there should always be a feeling of trust when you work with a #coach; trust your gut feeling here ๐Ÿ˜‰).


๐ŸŒŸWe will then โ€˜meetโ€™ every two weeks for about an hour. Usually, I work with my clients for a minimum of 6 sessions that can be extended if there is the wish to continue. While the sessions themselves are usually motivating and uplifting, the real change happens in between the sessions. Thatโ€™s why your personal commitment is extremely important.


๐ŸŒŸAt the beginning, we will speak about your current situation and get a better understanding of where you want to go, set #motivating yet realistic #goals that speak to YOU.


๐ŸŒŸTogether, we will then work on an #actionplan that will support you in achieving these goals. YOU will set the pace. In no way will I push you in directions that donโ€™t feel true to you.


๐ŸŒŸI donโ€™t see myself as an expert who tells you what to eat, how to move or what to do. The expert of your life is and remains you. I will be here to support you, encourage you to look at situations from a different perspective and keep you #accountable. I will be more like a guide on the side. Like a tour guide who is in love with the destination that you want to explore and makes sure your experience will be as pleasant and informative as possible ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
