I don’t have any standard program that I could share with you to give you an insight into my work. My program literally is YOU 😉
But I would like to share with you how I usually work with my clients:
🌟 Currently, all of my health coaching sessions are on zoom, which means that I am happy to work with people from all over the world - and that you can speak to me from the comfort of your home.
🌟 Before we start working together, I will send you a short questionnaire to fill in and.
🌟We will have a first complimentary call to get to know each other a little and to see if there is a good fit (there should always be a feeling of trust when you work with a #coach; trust your gut feeling here 😉).
🌟We will then ‘meet’ every two weeks for about an hour. Usually, I work with my clients for a minimum of 6 sessions that can be extended if there is the wish to continue. While the sessions themselves are usually motivating and uplifting, the real change happens in between the sessions. That’s why your personal commitment is extremely important.
🌟Together, we will then work on an #actionplan that will support you in achieving these goals. YOU will set the pace. In no way will I push you in directions that don’t feel true to you.
🌟I don’t see myself as an expert who tells you what to eat, how to move or what to do. The expert of your life is and remains you. I will be here to support you, encourage you to look at situations from a different perspective and keep you #accountable. I will be more like a guide on the side. Like a tour guide who is in love with the destination that you want to explore and makes sure your experience will be as pleasant and informative as possible 🙌🏻
